Card statement descriptor
INFLOWPAY*VEXORA is a charge from Vexora Solutions Ltd
If INFLOWPAY*VEXORA appears on your card or bank statement, the merchant is Vexora Solutions Ltd, an IT consulting, web development and digital marketing company registered in England & Wales. Inflow is our payment processor — it handles card payments on our behalf, which is why its name is printed alongside ours. Inflow is not the seller and did not bill you independently.

What each part of the descriptor means
Card networks cap statement descriptors at 22 characters, which is why our full registered name does not fit.
Who Vexora Solutions is
Vexora Solutions Ltd provides premium fixed-price IT consulting, web development and digital marketing for UK businesses. Every engagement is scoped in writing, priced transparently, and invoiced on completion — we take no deposits.
Because we invoice on completion, a charge often appears after a project is delivered rather than when it was commissioned. If the descriptor looks unfamiliar, check the date against the proposal we sent you: the two are usually weeks apart.
Vexora Solutions is the merchant of record for every transaction carrying the INFLOWPAY*VEXORA descriptor. We deliver the work and we handle refunds, cancellations and billing questions directly. Inflow's role is limited to processing the payment.
How to recognise the charge
- The amount matches a proposal you accepted. Every Vexora engagement is quoted as a fixed price in writing before any work begins, so the charge should match that figure exactly.
- The charge follows delivery, not the enquiry. We invoice on completion and take no deposits, so the statement date reflects when the work finished.
- The posting date may lag by a day or two. Card charges typically post one to three business days after payment is taken.
- A colleague may have authorised it. On company accounts, the person who approved the proposal is not always the cardholder.
Questions about this charge
What is INFLOWPAY*VEXORA on my bank statement?
It is a payment to Vexora Solutions Ltd, a UK IT consulting, web development and digital marketing company. Inflow is our payment processor, and processors add their own prefix to the descriptor, so the charge reads INFLOWPAY*VEXORA rather than our registered company name.
Why doesn't the charge simply say "Vexora Solutions Ltd"?
Statement descriptors are limited to 22 characters by the card networks, and the processor's identifier takes the first portion. INFLOWPAY identifies Inflow as the processor; VEXORA identifies us as the merchant.
Is INFLOWPAY*VEXORA a legitimate charge?
Yes. It is the descriptor for payments to Vexora Solutions Ltd, processed through Inflow. We are registered in England & Wales under VAT number GB 523 5768 77 at 17 Salisbury Street, Swindon, SN1 2AN.
If you do not recognise the purchase, email us before raising a dispute. We can identify the transaction, tell you which engagement it relates to, and refund it if it was not authorised.
Should I contact Inflow or Vexora Solutions?
Contact Vexora Solutions. We are the merchant and we hold the proposal and invoice behind the charge. Inflow only moves the funds and cannot explain, refund or cancel an engagement on our behalf.
How do I request a refund?
Email andy@vexora-solutions.co.uk with the statement date, the amount, and the email address used when the proposal was agreed. Our refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy on vexora-solutions.co.uk.
I did not authorise this charge. What should I do?
Email or call us first with the date and amount. We will identify the transaction and, if it was not authorised, refund it. If you would rather go through your bank, tell them the merchant is Vexora Solutions Ltd of Swindon, England, and the processor is Inflow.
